About the Role
We’re seeking a Product Designer with a strong foundation in UI/UX design and hands-on product management experience. You’ll play a central role in transforming technical requirements into powerful, user-friendly experiences. This is a strategic position, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of design, usability, and product thinking.
You’ll collaborate closely with the CEO, CTO and engineers to define user journeys, prioritise features, and maintain a cohesive design language across our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Design Leadership: Lead all design initiatives, from discovery and prototyping to final UI delivery.
- Product Strategy: Collaborate with product and engineering to define user needs, shape product roadmaps, and refine requirements.
- Design Systems: Establish and evolve a scalable design system and UX patterns for consistency across ModelFlow.
- User Research: Engage with scientists and pharma professionals to understand workflows and pain points.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work tightly with developers to ensure design feasibility and pixel-perfect implementation.
